There is something really special about a private dining experience. Our client invites us into his or her home and trusts that we will deliver an experience to be remembered!
For us, the pressure is on! We can’t hide those occasional kitchen mishaps, we are at the mercy of a (usually) unpredictable timeline. Guests can watch everything we do…and actually, we really love it! It gives us a chance to connect with guests in a way we typically can’t at a large gathering.
Last January we were honoured to provide a Birthday dinner for a lovely gentleman by the name of Eric. The whole event was a secret! Carefully planned phone calls to chat about a bespoke menu, specific arrival times to make sure the dinner was a big surprise!
